Motiva recently partnered with Lamar University to pilot a Foundational Frontline Leader track within LEAD, Motiva’s Leadership Development Program. This initiative, tailored for our hourly leadership team, provides real-world training and actionable skills frontline leaders can use every day to manage day-to-day operations safely and effectively. Through this cohort-based learning experience, participants are gaining practical tools and strategies they can apply directly to their roles.
