Food, music, and culture came together as Motiva celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month with an event hosted by RISE, Motiva’s DEI initiative. Employees connected with colleagues, enjoyed authentic cuisine from Argentina, Colombia, Cuba, El Salvador, Mexico, and Venezuela, and experienced the energy of a live mariachi performance. The celebration highlighted the rich traditions and diverse cultures that help make our workplace stronger and more inclusive.
