At Motiva, meaningful growth happens when employees have opportunities to learn from one another. This fall, more than 220 employees from Motiva, Aramco, and Aramco Americas participated in Beyond Borders: Lessons in Leadership, Identity, and Growth, a speaker series hosted by Motiva’s Women Empowered (WE) network.

Through a fireside chat and panel discussion, colleagues shared perspectives on leadership, cultural identity, and challenging misconceptions across cultures and organizations. Experiences like these create space for our employees to build connections, learn from experiences across our global network, and grow their careers.
