Today, Motiva kicked off our annual summer internship program with 22 bright students from universities across Texas and Louisiana! Over the next three months, these talented individuals will dive into real-world projects, putting their classroom knowledge to the test. They'll also have the opportunity to connect with our Leadership Team and collaborate with our Early Career participants, building networks and gaining invaluable experience.
