That's why we created our Mentorship Program, designed to enhance networking, refine skills, and foster collaboration across different departments. Recently, our women's network, Women Empowered (WE), hosted Mentorship in Motion, an event focused on growth and connections. The event featured Meredith Sadlowski, Vice President of the Center of Excellence, who shared how mentorship has impacted her professional journey.

The event concluded with an engaging speed networking activity, allowing mentees to connect with multiple mentors in small groups, promoting shared learning, and showcasing the benefits of our Mentorship Program.
