This summer, Motiva welcomed six professors from Lamar University for a hands-on externship at our Port Arthur Manufacturing Complex. During the externship, Lamar faculty gained valuable insights into our operations, fieldwork, and engineering practices. The program is designed to bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world experience, enhancing the educational journey for students interested in pursuing careers in the energy industry.
