Aspire, Motiva's student mentoring program, recently hosted two career fairs for our mentees from the Houston Independent School District's Northside High School and Port Arthur Independent School District's Memorial High School and Woodrow Wilson Early Career High School. These events were designed to empower mentees with the knowledge they need to confidently navigate their future career paths. At the fairs, students explored the dynamic range of opportunities within the energy industry while getting career insights and advice from members of our workforce.
