Motiva is committed to nurturing future talent by investing in educators. In partnership with Workforce Solutions Southeast Texas, our Teacher Externship program welcomed five teachers from a cohort of 45 representing 20 school districts in Jefferson, Hardin, and Orange counties.

Participants toured operational areas and each created a lesson plan based on their experiences, bringing valuable real-world knowledge back to their students. This initiative helps connect classroom learning to meaningful career pathways, reinforcing our commitment to building the workforce of tomorrow.
