Through Motiva’s diversity, equity, and inclusion program, RISE, our organization was proud to honor the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. by sponsoring and participating in two community events: the MLK Unity Parade in Houston and the MLK Brunch in Port Arthur. The Unity Parade showcased thousands of residents and family-friendly activities, reflecting the community spirit that Dr. King championed. The annual Brunch, a tradition supported by Motiva for over thirty years, honored Dr. King’s impact and recognized Southeast Texans committed to his mission of equality and opportunity.
